Order Cancellation Policies

Because of our prompt processing procedures, once an order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled. If you decide you do not want the order please follow the return procedures.

Warranties

We assure you that our goods are first quality, but of course nothing is perfect. Defects in workmanship must be presented to us by fax or email within 15 business days from receipt of order (Be sure to include the order number, item and your name)

Return Policies

Our customers have a 25 day return policy upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason return them for a refund, less shipping charges. Embroidered, hemmed and altered items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Returned items must not be washed or worn. **Before you return or exchange any item for any reason- you must first contact us for shipping instructions.

When placing an order we ask for your name, mailing address and email address.(we also ask other info. depending on payment method) The information you provide through your orders will be used in an effort to continue to improve the products and services we offer you. please note we do not sell, share or trade email addresses or other info we collect with companies or individuals outside Woods Mens Wear.
