Shipping & Return Policy is using the most current version of UPS On-Line Tools to calculate its shipping cost. Costs are based on depending on our stock and location of the warehouse where your selected items are available to you. Your order will ship from one of our 10 warehouses whichever is nearest to you.

Standard Shipping orders are shipped to you via UPS ground. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for delivery but can take up to 7 business days for delivery.

Shipping Options Shipping Options Includes Ups Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day shipments.

Back Orders

We work hard to make sure that all products on are in stock. However, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock and on back order. When this happens we will notify you and let you decide if you wish for the item or have your order shipped without the backordered item. We will ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card is not charged until the order is fulfilled.

Checking Your Order Status: You will receive a UPS tracking number in an email after your order has shipped OR You may call us regarding your status


Please inspect your merchandise when you receive it before decorating. We cannot accept returns on decorated, excluding irregulars, or washed garments under any circumstances.

  • All claims for shortages, damages, defects etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • Returns must be authorized by WoodsMensWear in advance, by phone or web, and within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • No merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Claims for returns for defective merchandise must be made in accordance with the warranties in WoodsMensWear General Terms & Conditions of Sale.
  • Cancelled orders, returns of unwanted merchandise, returns due to customer error, or refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the returned products plus applicable shipping charges. There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00.
  • Freight on all returns not made via must be prepaid by you.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization form or number from WoodsMensWear. Please contact WoodsMensWear Customer Service for a return authorization and shipping address.
  • Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.
  • Merchandise that is not WoodsMensWear (meaning sold to you by WoodsMensWear) will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of by WoodsMensWear.
  • Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
  • Altered or embellished products are not returnable excluding irregulars.
  • Returns on drop shipments coming direct from Mill suppliers are not allowed.
  • Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders shipped to parties other than the buyer prior to decorating.

Cancellation or Changes

Due to our lightening fast order fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an order once it is placed. You can however do a return or exchange once you receive the product.
